Hello , my rental has recently sold and I need to move by the first week of April. I?m having trouble obtaining my own lease again so seeing what?s out there. I?m looking for NOR, close to Yokine and surrounds? within a 20 minute radius. As I have lived on my own, I have quite a bit of furniture so need somewhere that has some spare space to store some of it. Also prefer only 1-2 other housemates and preferably my own bathroom. I am clean , quiet , responsible and reliable. I will respect your space and your routines. I work full time , enjoy a healthy lifestyle and like to socialise some weekends. I also enjoy my down time when I get the chance.most definatly not a party animal. My budget is around $350 , plus utilities for the right space. I currently have pet birds, but considering rehoming them as I understand not many places will accept pets these days. Please reach out if you have a room?
