Hi gang, looking for a new roomie at our 3x1 house in Hamilton Hill. You?ll be living with me (??????????) and Jono (????????????) and my dog Teddy (??????). The house is 5 minutes from the beach and 10? minutes from Fremantle by car/bus. IGA/Aldi/Big W are a short walk down the road and there are 2 bus stops within 50m. The room is at the front of the house with a big west-facing window that gives a pretty speccy view of the sunset. Currently fully furnished with built in wardrobe and a queen bed but can rent unfurnished if you?d prefer. Asking $240 including bills. Room will be available from Easter weekend.
