We are seeking expressions of interest for a short term tenant for our home in Alonnah on Bruny Island. The period is approx 7th June to 28th October. About the house.... It's a one bedroom home so it will only? suit a single person or a couple. Probably the main feature is the 180 degree view looking out over Satellite Island and the Channel. The house is fully insulated with all new double glazed windows plus a new heat pump to keep things cosy. The house has just been renovated inside and out with a new bathroom, main bedroom, flooring and carpets throughout. It has a large deck for taking in the view and will be offered fully furnished. Sorry but no pets or smoking. Rent will be negotiated with the right person(s). If you are interested, send me a PM. PS We don't have any recent shots of the interior since we've renovated.
