Hello! My name is Blake, I'm a 24 year old male who has recently moved to Tassie and am seeking somewhere to live in the Hobart area, preferably North or West Hobart. I am employed and when not at work I like? to unwind by playing or listening to music, reading a book, having a cuppa, a beer or just spending time in the outdoors. I've rented with several people in share houses and things like that before. I am a sociable person and love a chat and to share a meal with my mates when I can. Always do my share of the cleaning and pay my share of the bills and rent on time. I have references available for this too. I am environmentally conscious and am pretty big on recycling and would really like to live with likeminded people who share these values. I have a budget of around $250 a week and would prefer a furnished room with some bills inclusive in this price but will take what I can get.
