Heya ?? Sadly we're looking for another chill as, cruisey new flatmate to join our flat fam in our place located in Castle Hill as one of our current flatties is relocating for work. Pretty epic spot we going on, with a banging as rent of only $200 (bills not included) (Bond $830 tho). Not looking for any party animals, but we're also not looking? any introverted room hermits either. Ideally; 25+ age wise, knows how to clean and do their dishes, chill, social; but also enjoys kicking back and enjoying a cold one with flat in the setting summer sun, snag in hand.
