Rent is $150 per week not including bills. Electricity and internet split evenly with housemates. Will be sharing with one female (24) who is an Occupational Therapist and one male (23) who is an Apprentice Mechanic. Room will be unfurnished with a built in robe and rest of the house is furnished. Bathroom is shared between housemates. 5 minute? drive to Willows and 10 minute drive to JCU. 4 weeks bond + rent is paid fortnightly with a minimum stay of 6 months No pets allowed as there are already 2 dogs on the premises, 1 dachshund and 1 border collie x husky!
