We are looking for a housemate to rent a big and sunny room in a cosy and clean house in Kenmore. Rent is $240/week and includes all bills, unlimited NBN, toilet paper and cleaning products. The room has a double bed, desk, bedside, aircon and a ceiling fan. This sunny house has a big backyard, is fully furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped.? We also have a dryer and an espresso machine. Aldi, Woolworth, tens of restaurants, pharmacies, clinics, gyms, a pub and many other shops are within a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop right across the road. Looking for a long-term arrangement but no minimum stay.
