Private room for rent. The house is in Molendinar, near Southport Bunnings, 5 bedroom 2 bathrooms. Currently we?re 2 couples and 1 Girl. We?re mostly between 26 and 32 years old in the house. We like to keep it very tidy and we all look after the house. Definitely not a party house since we all work and study full time but we get together during? the weekends for a bbq, pizza or drinks.
