The room is fully? furnished with queen bed, side tables, and built in robes. The weekly rent is $260 exclusive bills and they split evenly. The house is fully furnished with new furnitures with all utensils for the kitchen. You will need to share the bathroom with only 1 person. I?m looking for the one who is respectful, considerate, tidy and clean. No party as we share the house. :) Housemates are very lovely and easy to get along with. Strictly NO PETS sorry!
