Perfect location since It is located a walking distance from Westfield garden city and just 15 minutes from Griffith University by bus. Master room consists of a private Queen size bedroom, private toilet and a balcony. Also, the room has its own air-conditioning, in suit wardrobe and a desk/chair. The apartment is shared with females so I am looking for a girl to take my lease. Additionally, the apartment is fully furnished and has lots of facilities such as Gym, spa, pool, basketball and golf course, BBQ area and parking lot is extra 20 p/w.
