The room is available for Monday, April 3. About the accommodation: - The house has 6 rooms where mostly young foreigners live alone or in couples. - There's a close, a? backyard, a shared kitchen with all appliances, 2 bathrooms, a double living room. - There's a self-service washing machine, no tumble-dryer, but outdoor drying racks. The bedroom has a large closet, a desk with a chair, a bed (160cm) and a bedside cabinet. The house is close to several bus stops, 15mins walk from the center (Elisabeth street, Queen street and Central station, 15mins walk from fortitude Valley and Fortitude station), also 20mins by bus from South bank and WestEnd. About the room: - Rent: $300/week - All utilities and internet included in rent. - Deposit: $750 - Minimum stay 4 months from date of arrival.
