Hey! Looking for a room to rent asap, need to be out of my current place by the end of the month. I am friendly, respectful, clean, and easy going. I would love that to be the atmosphere in the house. Happy to? be social and take my own space. I love the beach, volleyball, and just generally being active. I work full time in IT, so won?t be home during the day on weekdays. Would like to live Leederville, South Perth, Como, Vic Park, Scarborough or any surrounding areas, also open to anything around Perth. I have my dog Evie that I would like to bring with me, but I?m aware that it will greatly limit my options and my brother has offered to take her if that?s not possible ?
