Room available 3rd of April for lease transfer! (Room 1) I am moving out as I have recently accepted a job in another town and I need to move to work. The house is located directly across from the Deakin? University in Waurn Ponds and a 5-minute drive to the shopping centre. You will be living in a shared house with 5 others, with a mix of students and working from home who are all men. They are all really friendly, chill people. You will also be sharing the common room and the bathroom with room 2 which are cleaned fortnightly by a cleaner. Room one has a walk-in wardrobe, desk and chair, a small plastic bin and a double bed. Rent is $180 weekly which includes utilities and internet! Please feel free to message me if you're interested
