Hi There, we have one Bedroom available for rent in our 4 bedroom house in Charlemont. Looking for one other friendly and clean person to join us in our lovely home. Available for couple & students too. You will be sharing toilet and shower room with a couple who are very clean and respectful. We are two couples living in the house at the moment? but my wife has moved to regional area because of her job & she comes home very often and I mostly come home on weekends. House is very close to Armstrong Creek shopping center and Warralily shopping center, 10 minutes drive to Waurn Ponds shopping centre, 5 minutes drive to Marshall Railway Station and a short 15 minute drive into the city. House is fully furnished. Bedroom has a built in wardrobe. Central heating & cooling throughout the house. The house is as good as new and kept very tidy & clean. Monthly rent will be $700 excluding bills for single person.
