The room is on the ground floor, with shared kitchen, living room,? outdoor area and garage. Nate and I share the upstairs part of the house. Room perks: Ice cold aircond, walk in wardrobe, ensuite with spacious shower and separate toilet. Only room on the ground floor woop woop! Room comes unfurnished. We are located in Rivervale, nice and close to buses, shops, Burswood station, 10min drive from the city & 25min drive from Floreat beach. Nate is an audio technician. I work in production and I'm a muso. We are looking for someone tidy and cool ? We work a fair bit and like a clean and relaxed house. The rent in $300 per week + bills &bond. No pets, sorry!
