We have just moved into a new house in Mount Duneed and are looking for one other housemate to come join us. The house has 4 bedrooms, but we are only looking for an additional person to join us to avoid an overcrowded home. You would be occupying the master bedroom, which is approx. 3.5m x 3.65m, excl. the walk in robe and ensuite. Currently the? room has a Queen Bed, but we are flexible on the furnishings if you have your own bed. The rent is $225 per week excl. bills, all bills will be evenly split between three people. The house is located in a great location: 5 mins to Armstrong Creek Town Centre 5 mins to Waurn Ponds Train Station 7 mins to Deakin Waurn Ponds 20mins to Geelong Waterfront 15mins to Torquay In terms of parking, both bays in the garage are taken, but there is ample on street parking available. We are looking for a housemate who is clean, respectful of each others space, but also happy to share a meal from time to time.
