Hello! I have a Room for rent in share house In Ballajura Requirement - working full time. The house will be available from the 19th of March Available for inspection on the 8 and 9th of march. Room fully? furnished with Queen bed, tallboy draws, TV etc . The room has been just renovated. The bathroom is shared with one person (only the shower as there is an extra seperate toilet) . The room is $220 p/week (bills included). The house has a lot of areas to relax so it's really easy to "find your own space" as the house is pretty big. We're all really easy going. I'm trying to keep it as comfortable as possible and not become overcrowded like most share houses. The house is in Ballajura.?
