Hi everyone. I posted about this place a couple of weeks ago but have needed to re-list it again. I have 2 rooms for rent in East Victoria Park, available as early as within a week. $220/week. 12-month lease. 3? bedroom house, 50m from Albany Hwy. House is now furnished (excl. bedrooms). Ideally I'm looking for co-tenants of similar age (20's). Non-smoker is essential and of course people that appreciate keeping things clean, tidy and hygienic. Also please be aware that its managed by an agency and they do request referees and proof of income - needs to be enough to safely cover the rent (unfortunately part of the reason I've had to re-list). ~About Me~ I'm in my mid-20?s, love music, photography and travelling.
