My sister (an experienced elementary teacher), her husband and their lovely 4 year old daughter are moving to the coast this summer and are seeking a long term rental. Im putting feelers out in hopes someone might have the perfect place. - 2 or 3 bedroom plus office - Private? yard - Budget around $3k - Roberts Creek or Davis Bay are ideal, but they are open to Gibsons to HMB. - Ideal move in is July, but flexible for the right place. - Excellent local references, credit, etc. FWIW: we are a family of 3 based in Selma park, homeowners and landlords.
