Hi all! Putting out feelers for landlords with late 2024 plans: my partner and I are looking to move to the Coast in August/September-ish. We are seeking a 3-6 month sublet: 2-3 bedrooms, or a 1-bed with a large open living space. Ideally furnished or semi-furnished. Price range <$3000, one small litter-trained indoor cat. About us: We are working? professionals in our late 30s. We are quiet, tidy, sober, early to bed, and love to garden and hike. I am a film/media composer, and my partner has a masters in social work and works as a counselor. We both work from home - to each have a home office space would be ideal! Closer to the ferry is better, but open to options further away. We are looking forward to starting a new adventure on the Coast!
