Hi there! I have an unfurnished room to rent in my beautiful 3x3 house in Nedlands available immediately. I?m in an amazing location, being a 10 min drive to several beach?s, Claremont quarter and the cbd. A 2? min walk to 24/7 IGA and a Wine Box and lots of beautiful walks around! The room is $375 per week excuding bills. There?s also the opportunity to rent out the spare room however at the moment it?s handy having it available. A bit about me- I?m a 31yo female working fifo on a 2/2 roster. In my spare time I love long walks, brunching, beach days, hanging with friends and am pretty partial to a wine (or two or three? ?) I?m wanting someone who will become a friend not just a housemate, to have dinner and a glass of wine with but I?m also really respectful of my own space and others. I have a beautiful 1yo labrador called Bennett who willl love having a new friend! Ideally i?d love to find someone that can look after him when I?m away at work, happy to discuss this further ?
