Looking for expressions of interest. 1 private bedroom available in 4 bedroom share house in bushland beach. Would suit student or full time worker. JCU is 15-20min drive away via the ring road. Shared bathroom (currently with just 1 other person, Me!). Room has king single bed, bedside table and built in wardrobes. Shared kitchen and other? communal areas. $160 a week including bills (fair use). Includes Netflix and WIFI. Other housemates include owner of house (38 M) who works full time and can be away a lot and myself, a JCU student (36 F). Not a party house but a couple of drinks every so often is OK.
