Room for rent [female applicants only] Room for rent available in Kirwan $250 a week ($10+ per pet for additional cleaning) $500 bond (to be paid upon entry and returned pending no damages). I have a single room for rent (can be furnished with a KS bed) Will have your own bathroom and toilet. Shared living and kitchen and laundry space. Pets (max? 2) are welcome - I have a cat enclosure for my 2 cats. Small yard though so smaller pets are best. Gated community with personal security, pool and gym access. I am an a work from home OT, and owner of the house. Seeking someone clean, respectful and reliable.
