Hello!! Myself, my partner and my best friend are looking to move into our first rental home this year! We have been looking for quite a while and haven?t gotten anything back from the real estates. We have plenty of references and have our bond ready to go!! We are looking to move in by the end of December. We are very tidy people who work around? 6 days a week each. We are Australian residents so are looking for a 6 month to 1 year rental contract. We can pay our bond as well as 2 weeks rent in advance.
