Has an aerial point for? free to air digital channels and has ducted air conditioning. The house is well equipped with cooking appliances, washing machine etc & FTTP 250/20 internet speed. Outdoor patio (smoking ok outside only) and parking at the front. Security cameras monitor vehicles. You would be living with 1 female and 1 male in their 50's (not a couple) and a friendly little jug (pug/jack russell x) (14yrs). We are both smokers, so you would have to be ok with that. The house is walking distance to shops & bus stop, leisure centre, within minutes to major shops, easy access to major roads (freeways, highways, airport) city or beach. Rent is $250pw including normal expenses such as electricity, water, gas, internet & security monitoring charges. **Sorry no couples as the house is really only suitable for 3 people. Shared bathroom only.**
