Hi folks, I have a room available long term from Sunday 18th February in Doubleview, sharing with me (32yo woman) and Marlen (30yo woman). We are a laid back and friendly household, happy to share a drink or? meal but equally happy to respect your privacy and need for peace at home ?? The bedroom is unfurnished, has a ceiling fan, plenty of space for a queen bed, and has a large built in wardrobe. You?ll be sharing a bathroom with me (shower and bath) and there is air con in the shared living room. Pets considered ? Rent is $250/wk + bills (internet, gas, water and electricity split 3 ways). House has solar to keep power bills low!
