You will be sharing 1toilet and 1 bathroom/shower? with another 2 girls. Parking is available. ?4mins walking to bus stop ?8mins walking distance to woolworths About the room : Furnished with Double bed, AC, built wardrobe. Available to use in the room other than furnitures : Bed sheets, electric blanket (for winter), hangers, laundry basket. Pretty much you just need to bring your self & luggage. You will be leaving with 3girls around their 20s. All on students visa, whose busy with work and study. WE DO REGULAR CLEANING EVERY SATURDAY, so you need to be willing to do so.
