Due to work I?m relocating and looking for one or two people to take over my spot on the lease - 3 months + would be ideal. Available from 15 February. The house is unfurnished, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a double car garage. A great spot one street back from the beach and close to pubs, bars, markets etc. The bedroom is the main bedroom, has? built in wardrobe and it?s air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The ensuite has a large shower. There are two bedrooms currently used for storage but we are open to having a third person move in too - they will also have their own bathroom.
