From Geelong city it?s just 13 minutes drive and accessible through public transportation as well.. 4 minutes drive from Marshal? train station (2kms) Room is for short term (2 months) from 07 Feb 2024 Till 14 April 2024 It?s 3 bedrooms house, couple lives in master bedroom room which has ensuite. They both work professionally. For other two bedrooms there will be common toilet, bathtub and shower. You will be sharing toilet and shower rooms just with another person who is very clean and respectful. House has dishwasher, laundry, dryer and big backyard.. parking is in house street.. NBN with 100 mbps speed available which is included in the rent.. We are looking someone clean, respectful and friendly person to new room.. Total rent monthly is $700 including all bills.
