Tenants of the upper suite have exclusive use of the garden. The house is located minutes to the ferry terminal, Langdale Elementary school and the Town of Gibsons. We are looking for quiet and responsible tenants. You will be living below considerate, respectful tenants who rent the upper suite. References will be requested. No smoking, parties or pets.
