Hi all! I?m looking for someone who will take my place in this house in Wulguru, 20 mins walk from Fairfield Center! You will share the house with Jan, the landlord, a 60 year old woman living by herself with a cat. Currently she?s working casually 40 - 60 hours per week, as a traffic Controller. There will only be the two of you living in the? house (not including Kritter, the cat). The person She?s looking for to share my house, is someone who doesn't mind cooking for themselves, doing there own laundry etc. When she?s not working, she likes spending a bit of time in the garden, also spending time with family & friends. The bond is $500 and the availability is from 13th of January!
