Hi, I am a Master student in UWA. Looking forward to teamup with right persons to team up to rent a 3x1, 3x2 or 2x1 house near UWA. With budget 190-220 per week. Kind, quiet, clean, responsible, respectful, no drama, pay on time, easy going, independent are must. Not in great hurry, better study and chat together for a period to see if we can get? along well with each other. Focusing more on studying. (Really sick of bad experience when roommates are not consistent, behaving like a baby, treating his/her roommates like maid in his/her hotel? I am sorry that I had always been blessed with fantastic roommates which results that I dont know how to cope with arrogant selfish dama-makers X.X You might also dm to check my profile on flatmate page.
