Looking for someone to take over my half of the lease! I am moving out of my rental that I share with a friend in Leopold and will be coming off the lease. I am wishing to list my room for rent for someone to take over. It is a beautiful house in Leopold. You will be moving into the bottom level which has a bedroom, down stairs lounge room,? bathroom, bath, toilet, access to the laundry which is downstairs and a car space in the garage if you choose. -Rent is $475 fortnightly. -Half of the bills. -My bond amount transferred to me and your name transferred onto the RTBA for you to get back at the end of the lease. The only requirement is that there is already a dog here so we kindly ask for no pets! I am moving in February- roughly the beginning to middle of Feb, so I wish to have somebody in by then! I will ensure an end of lease clean is completed by myself before you move in. Your application will need to be submitted through the real estate for approval but feel free to chat to me about it, come meet us and see the house! ?
