We are looking for a flatmate (Woman) to join our lovely apartment in Kangaroo Point. Our house has 2 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms and is fully furnished with everything you need, you will have your own fridge. The apartment is in an incredible location. We are near Shafston College, IGA, Ferry Station, 5 minutes to Fortitude Valley and 8 minutes to CBD.? Our ideal housemate would be friendly and easy going, clean and tidy, considerate of others and the shared spaces. You will be sharing with a couple. This is not a party apartment however we do enjoy an occasional BBQ together. Gas, electricity and wifi bills are included. The rent is $240
