Hi! I?ve posted once before and I?m still relocating to Perth mid-February 2024. I appreciate those that have offered rooms, however did not suit where I need to be located and my preferences. I?m 27 years old? and moving from the NT after Christmas. I work full time for a government agency where I will be transferring next year. I am looking for a place preferably in a female only place and around Joondalup and surroundings. I?m looking for something long term with a good group of social housemates. Alongside working I enjoy exploring,the beach and going to the gym. I?m also a very reliable, tidy person who?s easy going and friendly. My budget is around $200-300 per week.
