Third bedroom available to rent in our quiet little house in Brighton. Looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful - we?re happy to have a social beer every now and then but we?re not a party house. Rent is $160 pw with bills split three ways on top. The room is not currently furnished but we have a double inflatable mattress/spare bedding? that can be used if needed. Current housemates are my mate Hamish and myself - both 27yo males. We don?t have any gender preference for a housemate but would prefer not to have a couple move in as we prefer a quieter house. No pets allowed on property.
