We are seeking expressions of interest for a short term tenant for our home in Alonnah on Bruny Island. The period is approx 7th June to 28th October. About the house.... It's a one bedroom home so it will only? suit a single person or a couple. Probably the main feature is the 180 degree view looking out over Satellite Island and the Channel. The house is fully insulated with all new double glazed windows plus a new heat pump to keep things cosy. The house has just been renovated inside and out with a new bathroom, main bedroom, flooring and carpets throughout. It has a large deck for taking in the view and will be offered fully furnished.
