Hi there, I am moving up to Perth from Margaret River in late May to start full time employment in the Ellenbrook area. I am looking for a room to rent for just myself. (Hopefully around this area/15-20 minuets out) I?m not a huge partier (but I do enjoy a good time), non smoker, no pets, clean and tidy and respectful of peoples personal space. I? don?t need an immediate place to live as I have a temporary option but would love to find a room within the next 4 months. I?m open to discussing prices and bills but I am hoping to find something that I can afford on my wage. Thanks ??
