Hello, potential housemate! Our home is a collections of plants, animals and pretty things. It is an old house but has heaps of character and love in it. Located in a quite street in Newcomb very close to shoping centre. Rent is $140 a week including bills. Bond is $560. We nicknamed the house the mini zoo as in total 3 small dogs, 2 cats and a? turtle, so if you love animals this is the place for you. All the animals are looked and cleaned up after constantly and very well trained. We have a large back yard and chill shed and an unused veggie patch in need of some love. Josh works full-time as delivery drive and have sausage dog called Arlo. He loves music, chill times and a few beers.?
