Hi! My wife and I got a large room for rent in an Apartment in Cranbrook close to Stocklands. The room has two double beds. We are fine with Single Occupancy, Couples, Friends...doesn't matter to us. Rent would? be 220$/week for one Person or 250$/week for two. I took the photos with my phone just now and it's dark outside already, so please excuse the bad quality. I can add photos of the outside area tomorrow. All utilities and Internet Included. TV in the living room has Netflix. Kitchen is fairly new, AC in All rooms (split system, super quiet). Garden Area with Couches, Table, BBQ and even a Pool! Kitchen comes with fridge/freezer, Oven, Stove, Toaster, Kettle and Coffee machine. Washing Machine works fine. We got three bikes and helmet you can use. Close to Bus stations (Lines 200 and 201). Both of us work close to the CBD and commute there.
