The room (not the master bedroom) is in a 2*2 cosy? apartment on Armagh Street, Vic Park. Walking distance to Swan River, Raphael Park, Vic Park Trans Station. 1 min walk to 33/34/910; 2 mins walk to 72/75; free shuttle bus to Curtin University. The price is $190 per week, without bills, and bills will be shared. Almost fully furnished, and you have your own bathroom and an undercovered car bay.
