Hey guys, I have 2 rooms available for rent at my place, one available now and the other available at the beginning of December. Both $250pw including bills (& tv streaming services) and are furnished. Aircons? will be installed in each room in December too. This is a 2 storey townhouse located in Karawara so very close to Curtin Uni. Plenty of parking & access to public transport. Female tenants in their 20s/ early 30s preferred, however the main priority is that you work or study full time. Sorry no couples at this time. Ideally 6-12+ month stay Iris is my rescue greyhound and is a great therapy dog who also lives here! No other pets though, one is enough. Please DM me if you have any more questions :)
