About the house: ?4 bedroom house in Highton. 2 bathrooms, good sized kitchen and dining area. There's also garage and steet parking. The room is a bit bigger than average and comes unfurnished. The house is about 2 minutes from the Geelong Ring Road, there's a supermarket around the corner and the number 43 bus stops down the road. Rent is paid? fortnightly. Bills will be for gas, electricity, water and internet and is split evenly between us. You'll be signing onto a lease through the real estate including part of the bond. The new lease starts in early December. About us: ?You'll be living with two other people aged 29 and 31. We both work full time. We are friendly and respectful roommates.
