Hello! I have a room available for rent in Charlemont. I will be moving out in mid-February and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. - Location: The room is located in Charlemont, - Room description: You will have your own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. You?ll have a choice out of two rooms both have a built in? wardrobe. Shared areas include kitchen, laundry and living room. There is on and off street parking as well. - Housemate details: You will be sharing the apartment with a 23-year-old female student. She is easygoing and has a very friendly dog, so it's important to be comfortable around pets. - Lease details: You will be taking over my lease, which runs out in February currently it?s $225 a week not including bills.
