Sales Support Administrator
Tooltec Industrial Supplies is a locally owned family business based in the Belmont area in Western Australia. We pride ourselves on selling and delivering quality tooling supplies to a range of industries all over Australia.
We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to provide customer service with a smile whilst delivering our products and has the potential to be an integral part of our sales team.
The role requires a team player to:
· Pilot our automatic delivery van in the metropolitan area
· Collect stock from suppliers and deliver to customers
· Receive and dispatch stock in Cin7 inventory management system
· Ability and willingness to learn about our products
· Accurate record keeping and filing
· Sales administration support including office cleaning
· Have a good driving record with minimum C Class Licence held
· Good computer literacy skills with strong English communication
· Be well presented
· Reliable with a positive attitude
· Highly motivated and good customer satisfaction skills
· Ability to work and keep calm under pressure
· No delivery experience required
The role will be a casual position from Monday to Friday 8am ? 12pm as required.
This role provides the opportunity to evolve into a permanent position for the right candidate.
