? Starting the 24th of May
?$34 per hour + Super
?35 hrs per week on a rotating roster (between 7am and 7pm)
?Newcastle Location
NSW? Government Agency is looking for multiple Call Centre Operators on a contract basis to provide support services to facilitate the operation of the department. Successful candidates will need to be able to work within a high volume, high pressure and constantly evolving contact centre environment.
Role duties include:
Receive inbound calls, obtain necessary information and utilise generalist knowledgeMaintain accurate records and databases in the inhouse software systems.Liaise with customers the up-to-date practices and procedures within the department.Other administrative duties as required.For interest in the role please email a copy of your updated resume to vai@charterhouse.com.au
