Therapeutic Youth Worker ????????: Tamworth ????: Part Time ?????: Level 4 under the SCHDSI Award As a Therapeutic Youth Worker, you will be providing essential care to young? people within our residential properties. Your role will involve working flexible shifts, including sleepovers as needed, to create safe and nurturing environments for children and young people in our care. Implementing the Circle of Courage and Sanctuary model philosophy, you will support residents with high and complex needs, fostering positive coping strategies and maintaining links between residents, their birth families, and the community. We are seeking individuals with a commitment to child and youth welfare, strong communication skills, and flexibility for varying shifts.
