Casual Receptionist - Office Administration We are a small accounting practice located in Woree (Cairns). We are looking for a well presented and friendly person to assist in our front office reception. An immediate start is preferred. Approximately 15-20 hours per week during school hours (although the hours may vary over our peak periods) Duties? include telephone and front office reception, responding to emails, general office duties and collating client records, trust account reconciliation and debtor management. · Excellent customer service and telephone skills are essential. · Excellent written/typing skills with the ability to prepare outgoing emails/letters/correspondence in a professional format. · Accurate typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. · A sound knowledge of computers and software such as adobe, Foxit and electronic signature software..
