Join our team as a Temporary Receptionist? from 10/04/24 to 22/05/24. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming calls with a pleasant and professional demeanor. Take detailed messages and ensure they reach the appropriate team member promptly. Greet clients warmly as they arrive at the office, providing a positive first impression. Assist with picking up and delivering mail from the post office (vehicle provided if needed). Requirements: Exceptional phone manners and communication skills. Clean and professional appearance. Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to undergo a couple of days of 1:1 training with the current receptionist.
