Restaurant Manager & Casual Front Of House Staff Mach One at the Mercure hotel Newcastle airport is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone to come take the reigns? front of house. This role is predominantly evening work usually starting around 3pm and Finnishing around 11pm. Involvement in breakfast & corporate functions procedures is necessary but hours will be predominantly done in our Restaurant covering dinner service. We are also looking for friendly and professional casual wait staff to compliment our team. Experience working front of house would be ideal but is not necessary as we offer training. Hours are usually around 5pm - 10pm We are looking for people with a level of professional that our guests expect from an accor property coupled with a fun, approachable character and a "can do attitude" If you have experience in a similar role or are looking to move up we would love to hear from you.
